Batting
We stock batting in the following variations:
Quilters Dream 80/20 cotton/poly blend (93” wide / white) ($15.00/yard) - No scrim or resin, adds volume, reduces shrinkage and helps resist wrinkles, finished quilt may be machine washed & dried. Stitch up to 8” apart.
Quilters Dream 100% cotton select (93” wide / white) ($16.00/yard) - No scrim, high thermal value (R-3.8), warm yet light and breathable, lovely drape, medium weight. Stitch up to 8” apart.
Quilters Dream Bamboo (93” wide / white) ($15.00/yard)- No scrim, blend of bamboo, silk, cotton and botanic tencel. Soft and silky with a luxurious drape. Can be machine washed and dried. Stitch up to 8” apart.
Warm and Plush 100% cotton (90” wide / natural) ($16.00/yard) - No scrim, warmest manufactured natural cotton, luxury loft, shrinkage of 3-5% after 1st wash. Stitch up to 6” apart.
**120” wide king size backing is pre packaged and available in 80/20 ($50/per package) and 100% cotton select ($60/per package).
Binding
Machine sewn to the front of your quilt - $30 flat rate
Machine sewn to the front and machine stitch to the back - $0.15 cents per linear inch
Machine sewn to the front and hand finished (invisible or big stitch) - $0.30 cents per linear inch

Longarm Quilting
All long arm designs are 2.75 cents per square inch (effective 1/1/2024)
Example:
Finished quilt top is 60x80. You will need to multiply 60x80 to get your total square inches. You then take your total square inches and multiply by .0275 to get an estimated cost of edge to edge quilting.
Example: If a quilt top is 60x80 inches, multiply 60x80= 4800 x .0275 = $132

Minimum Charge
We have a minimum charge of $50 for items such as small panels for bag making, pouches and table runners.
Pantograph
If you would like to use a pantograph not available in our current options I am happy to split the cost of the new pantograph 50/50. The average cost of a pantograph is $15-20.
Sales Tax
8.75% sales tax will be applied to any batting purchased from me
**CA residents only - I am required by the State of California to charge tax (8.75%) for quilting services
Seaming
Piece backing (one seam): $15.00
Piece backing (2 seams): $20.00
Ironing 108” backing: $10.00
Shipping
Shipping is $14.75 (USPS medium flat rate // baby and small throw) & $19.90 (USPS large flat rate // large throw or quilts with batting scrap being sent back).
Multiple or large quilts will be shipped back at the best rate possible utilizing USPS and UPS vendors.
Presently we are only shipping within the United States. This is subject to change once we have more information on handling shipments between Canada.
Thread
Thread is included in the cost of your longarm service. We stock 40w Glide which is made of polyester and very durable under the high speeds of our commercial equipment.
We stock the following colors (white, off white or cream, taupe, gray, navy, black) however if you would like to use a color we do not carry we are happy to order it with enough advance warning. As we grow in business we will carry a larger stock list to carry just about every color in the rainbow.
Trimming
Trimming is complimentary which includes a fresh rotary cut to each edge of your quilt and squaring to the best of our ability. This allows us to photograph your quilt for marketing purposes.
If you desire to have you quilt trimmed to the edges or not at all, please designate so on your order form. We are happy to accommodate the request.
